1 cup Kikkoman soya sauce...1 cup (thick) teriaki sauce... 2 TBSP Minced onions...2 TBSP Chili Peppers...1 TBSP (Minced) fresh Garlic and 4 TBSP (Light) Brown Sugar. You may want to vary some of the ingredients to your liking but it's the best one I've come up with so far, less all the pharmacutical ingredients most companies add to make it last forever LOL
I usually soak my meat for 2 days turning well twice a day. The teriaki takes a bit longer to penetrate.
