Enrique Monroy, Hot Sauce Shop owner and maker of Monroy’s Original Hot Sauce,  is creating new hot sauce book this is, in his hopes, as comprehensive as the original Hot Sauce Bible (written by Dave DeWitt and Chuck Evans) was.
