The 7th Annual Snowmass Chili Pepper & Brew Fest, held Friday and Saturday, June 4-5, 2010, is the hottest event of the summer! This exhilarating festival is set against a breathtaking mountain backdrop in Snowmass Village, Colorado, just 9 miles from Aspen.

Guests from Colorado and surrounding states head to Snowmass for International Chili Society (ICS)-sanctioned and Locals’ chili and home brew competitions. Over 50 microbreweries, European and exotic beers from all over the country, compete for various honors, while festival goers savor the spirited results. Each day delivers live concerts, in the past included Dr.John & The Neville Brothers, Ziggy Marley, David Grisman Quintet, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Jonny Lang and more. This year’s music line-up will be better than ever!

With attendance increasing every year – over 12,000 guests enjoyed the festival in 2009 – a wide variety of food, jewelry, crafters, and festival-themed vendors are encouraged to participate in the Chili Pepper Vendor Village. If you’re an original crafter/jeweler or make unique food or merchandise which appeals to chili pepper aficionados and partiers, you’ll want to be part of this spicy event! The Vendor Village is open Friday, June 4 from 2:30pm-9:00pm and Saturday, June 5 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm.
