Have you ever seen the world's smallest website? At http://www.guimp.com, you can explore a real, functioning site contained within a 22 x 18 pixel block. There is a news section, a blog, games, a picture slideshow, and more. If your screen resolution's too low, you may have to use something to enlarge the size of the page (such as Microsoft's Magnifier) just to view it.
