What's the Difference Between BBQ and Grilling?

What's the difference between grilling and barbecuing? Although many novice backyard cooks use the terms interchangeably, they're actually NOT one and the same. This video from Troy Black summarizes it very nicely. The only thing I would add is that BBQing frequently uses wood smoke for flavoring while cooking.
