Fantastic idea using cook and chefs to cook the ultra hot chiles on video! I too get tired of the same idiots simply eating a pepper on camera and then puking.

It took 5 minutes to get to the meat of the matter and it was fascinating. This interview was informative and insightful.. "You can never get a Women pregnant twice". Passion, Knowledge and a little anger made Mr. Jim Duffy's a great interview. thanks

Kick-ass interview! Jim sounds like my kinda guy - he pulls no punches and sounds very knowledgeable. I love his whole concept of having chefs cook on videos. It's about time! Even Ted the Fire Breathing Idiot cooks in his last video, thanks to Jim. Can't wait to hear the next podcast, Scott!
