Great episode Scott! Started getting little sweat beeds and my tounge started to water a bit after seeing those nachos with the sauce applied. It's 8 am and I am now craving a huge plate of nachos thanks to you :-) Kepp up the great work and excellent podcasting!

I use Brian and Marilyn's taco seasoning too, but add just a touch of corn starch as a thickener. Great mix.
