Video That Shows All Commercial Air Flights in One Day

Students from the Zurich School of Applied Sciences have created a 72-second video simulation that shows the flight path of every commercial flight on earth over a 24-hour period.

Very interesting to see how the traffic dies down over a particular continent towards the end of the night, while six to nine hours to the east acitivity explodes.
