This weekend I've finished "phase one" of a small project I've wanted to do for a while - create a searchable, sortable database of hot sauces and hot chile peppers, listed by how they rate on the Scoville Scale of Hotness. Amazing list! Scott, do you happen to know the scoville rating for the other Buffalo Wild Wings sauces? I wouls love to see where Wild, Mango Habanero, and Caribbean Jerk rank among the others. I'd also like to see where the Quaker State ranks as well.

Did the Atomic and then the Triple Atomic Wing challenge tonight at the Quaker Steak and Lube in Pleasant Hills, PA. No problem on either. Polished off both servers in about a minute. I would say the BW3 Blazin are about the same as the Triple Atomic. none of these compares to the 750,000 Mag Dog 357. No way the Triple Atomic are 500,000.
