I made my first home made wings from the recipes above about 4 months ago.
Since then 3 more times. Now my friends who could not believe how good they
were have enlisted me as "Super Bowl Wing Maker" I liked the recipe that
called for coating the wings in flour. It added to the sauce "holdability".
I also added cajun spice to the flour. Also tried many wing sauces,
Wingtime Garlic w/ Parmesan was the crowd favorite. Thanks to Scott for
