Tapatio is my favorite hot sauce for home. Cholula is pricey in comparison, but is a welcome sight at any Mexican restaurant.

I like many different manufacturers but if I were stuck on an island and only could have a variety of sauces from one manufacturer hands down I am going with CaJohn.

So many of his sauces can be used for so many different dishes. He uses a high pepper content per ratio per bottle of sauce than just about anyone else. I have never had a bad bottle once from any of his sauces. His sauces are widely distributed.
