Instructables has a short piece on
how to build a spice mister - which is basically a small spray pump bottle filled with hot sauce. Less potent than a typical pepper spray that you would use for self defense or crowd control, this ingenious little bottle is for quickly applying hot chile pepper sauce or even capsaicin extract to a large area when cooking or eating.
