Directory of Brick-and-Mortar Hot Sauce Shops Being Built

Are you a customer looking for a hot sauce shop in your geographic area? Do you own a specialty or gourmet store that sells a wide variety of hot sauces and are looking to connect with more local fiery foods fans?
There's a new online resource that's being constructed as a solution to both of the above situations. It's called HotSauceStores.com, and its aim is to be the essential directory of brick-and-mortar hot sauce shops across the United States. It is planned to have a state-by-state listing of shops, as well as a searchable map that will display the nearest hot sauce selling locations to what a customer types in.
Buying spicy food products on the web certainly has some advantages, but a chilehead consumer traveling to a physical location has some pros as well: they get to see the product close up and in person, they sometimes get to try out sauces before they make their purchases, and they avoid shipping costs they would otherwise have to pay when ordering online.
It's a cool idea that might have been hinted at on previous sites, but this is the first one I've seen that pulls it all together in an easily searchable way.
Do you own a hot sauce shop? The owner of HotSauceStores.com mentioned to me that he is also offering a 50% reduction in fees for the first 100 retailers that sign up.
