Danny Cash to Appear on The Cooking Channel's FoodCrafters

Our friends the Cash Crew over at Danny Cash Sauces are scheduled to appear on the "Burn" episode of The Cooking Channel's FoodCrafters show tomorrow night, June 21st at 9PM Central/10PM Eastern. The 30-minute program's description says, "Aida [Mollenkamp] shows the scoville ropes with the hot side of beef jerky and the sweet side of jalapeno jelly."

I think it was a great little feature on Danny and how he made sauces. I was happy to see that they gave him the 4 or 5 minutes (or whatever amount of time it was) that they did.

Love the Food Channel's focus on local food artisans like Danny Cash. It supports what we do on RegionalBest.com, http://www.regionalbest.com. BTW, Cash did an awesome job!
