Amy from Eat More Heat Gunning to Eat 2012 Wings in 2012 for Charity

Amy Bergesen, Marketing Director for Eat More Heat, is aiming to beat Ultimate Wingman Ryan Hohman's feat of eating 2011 wings in the year 2011.
However, Amy is planning to take it a step further. She is gunning to eat 2012 hot wings in 2012, but she's not going to take a year to do it. Amy (standing 5’3″ and weighing a little over 100lbs) wants to eat 2012 wings in as little time as possible. Her goal? EAT 2012 WINGS IN 60 DAYS!
More importantly, Amy is wanting to do this for charity! She wants to raise whatever she can (money, awareness, etc.) for a worthy cancer research charity.
Now here's where you all can help. Amy and Eat More Heat need to get the word out because she wants to start her wing challenge by February 1, 2012. First, she wants to find a cancer charity that can reap the rewards of whatever attention she receives from eating 2012 wings. Secondly, she will probably need some kind of wing sponsorship. Eating that many wings will cost well over $1,000, and although she would be willing to pick up most of that tab, but most likely there are wing places and/or other businesses that would love to sponsor her instead.
