Wing-Ding-Buffalo-Wings

(St. Louis, MO) Local restaurants will compete to see who has the “best chicken wings” in St. Louis at the 6th Annual Wing Ding St. Louis. This year’s event will be from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, August 11, 2016, at Queeny Park (Greensfelder Arena), (at 550 Weidman Road, Ballwin, MO 63011).  The Wing Ding is sponsored by Schlafly, CARF International, 105.7 The Point, Coca-Cola, Ices Plain and Fancy and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

wing-ding-st-louis-2016-logo-ucp-heartlandThis year will feature at least 16 restaurants from around the St. Louis area that will compete for the title of the best chicken wings. Area restaurants will feed hungry attendees and a panel of celebrity judges. Restaurants compete for trophies and bragging rights in the categories of Best Traditional Wings – sauced, Best Specialty Wing – sauced, Best Dry Rubbed Wings – un-sauced, Judges’ Overall Favorite, Hottest Wing and the ever-popular People’s Choice Award.  Participating restaurants as of 7/29/16 include Balentine’s, Barrister’s, Big Chief Restaurant, EdgeWild Bistro & Tap, Frailey’s, Hwy 61 Roadhouse, Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill, The Kitchen Sink, The Slider House, Southern, St. Louis Wing Company, Sugarfire Smokehouse, The Beerhouse, Three Kings Public House, Walnut Grill and Wheelhouse.  

Advance tickets are available online – $25/General Admission (includes wings, two beverages and open seating), and $45 for VIP (includes wings, unlimited drinks, dessert, VIP seating and early entrance
